KTAADN Outfitters & Guide Service: Camps

We have two new cozy camps with a third in construction.

The first camp is 12' x 28' with a 4' porch. It has two sets of bunks to sleep four and a fold away cot is available, to sleep up to five guests. Sheets and pillows with pillow cases are provided. you will need to bring a sleeping bag. The camp has cooking facilities, refrigerator and microwave, running water and a coffee pot. There is also a lounge area.

The second camp is 12' x 24' with a 4' porch. It also has two sets of bunks as well as a folding cot. Table and chairs, lounge area, refrigerator and microwave. Kitchen facilities will be complete in this camp as well by the fall of 2007.

Camps are available for rent May-August, September-November, for family, fishing, and hunting vacations.

We're located close to Baxter State Park as well as the Penobscot river (East and West branches).

Activities to enjoy in the area:

hiking, mountain climbing, white water rafting, canoeing, kayaking, moose watching, fishing (bass, salmon, trout, perch, touge), hunting (ruffled grouse, duck, deer, moose, bear), ATV trails and systems are close by.

Guided day trips for fishing, kayaking and moose watching. (call for availability and times)

Camp Rental Fees:

$30.00 per person/night

$450.00 for 5 days (based on 4 guests per camp)

$550.00 for 7 days (based on 4 guests per camp)
